GJ Gardner Waipa

Since 1997 there has been a G.J. Gardner Homes franchise operating in the Waikato region. In an expansion the Waipa franchise was established and it is owned and operated by Simon and Dominique Paduch of Paduch Construction Ltd.

Simon and Dominique are excited for this next chapter as the owners of G.J. Gardner Homes Waipa. With Dominique growing up on a dairy farm in Te Awamutu, they’re thrilled to be back in the region to raise their own young family.

Simon has previously worked for GJ’s in Tauranga and has a passion for designing homes to meet his customers needs, having been sketching house designs from a young age. Their combined knowledge of the local Waipa community and passion for the building industry provides them with strong desire to serve the community they’re proud to call home. 

Together, Simon and Dominique bring proven experience in residential building, property development, sales, and customer care — gained through years working with leading developers, builders, and national organisations both in New Zealand and abroad. Backed by a strong local team who share their commitment to quality, collaboration, and building great homes that stand the test of time. 

The local team are proud to serve Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Pirongia, Kihikihi, and the wider Waipa district including Kaipaki, Karapiro,  Ngahinapouri, Ohaupo, Rotorangi, and the Waipa sides of Deanwell and Glenview.
